Our vision is to reach out to the less reached people groups in Namibia and equip believers to live a personal and intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.  Therefore we are involved in:

Firm Foundation Bible teaching:

Eph. 4:12 “To prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be build up…”

• Equip leaders/Pastors/Volunteers & Outreach Groups:

 The above New Tribes Mission material is used to equip local leaders/pastors in teaching the Word of God.

We strongly recommend all volunteers/ short-term outreach groups to receive above training (one week) either inside or before coming to Namibia.

As team we can conduct training courses in Afrikaans, English & German.

A couple on our team is available to conduct teachings in Europe if the outreach group/church is able to cover the traveling costs/accommodation.

• Firm Foundation resources:

A stream-line Afrikaans version (as many people in Namibia are more familiar with Afrikaans) is available for equipping short-term outreach groups/individual volunteers & leaders in remote areas.

A DVD version (Afrikaans) of above teaching will soon be available for children’s ministry.

Teachings are also available in dialogue/story form. (Afrikaans/audio version)

Suitable resources are an ongoing development.

Mobilizing:

Luk.10:2 “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.  Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

• We guide individuals to different training or ministry opportunities according to their calling.
• Linking local or volunteer believers from other countries with local trust-worthy ministries to serve on short term basis.
• Visiting churches/small groups on invitation.

Caring:

Gal.6:1&2 “Brothers if someone is caught in a sin, you should restore him gently…. Carry each other’s burden, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”

Caring for workers

• Guiding individuals to different training or ministry opportunities according to their calling. Walking alongside individuals before joining their training/field helping them to form a support group.
•  Regular communication, prayer support and field visits (if possible).
• Contact with workers on furlough and at re-entry.
• To come alongside workers for a short term helping out with a specific need.
• Hosting encouragement events for workers and ministries inside the country.

Caring in the Body of Christ

• Providing a caring house environment of rest to all believers
• Encouragement talks/teachings to strengthen believers in their relationship with the Lord and ministry.
• Visiting ministries in Namibia to keep in touch with ongoing development, helping ministries and individual believers to link up with one another.
