Sixty men participated in the Love Pakistan Men's Summer Camp where they went to different cities in Pakistan and distributed literature.
In Pakistan, during the Love Pakistan Men's Summer Camp from 11-25 July, over 60 men participated from fourteen different cities. During the training, eight participants gave their lives to Jesus. After the training, they went to twelve different cities around Pakistan, working alongside local churches to strengthen their congregations, with a main emphasis on going into the bazaars to distribute literature and take every opportunity to make friendships. Here are a few comments from the week: "I came with the idea of enjoyment and fun, heard about new life in Christ, and gave my life to Christ. I got many blessings during the outreach. Now I am returning home with peace in mind and eternal life for my soul." "This training and outreach made me stronger in Him. I will motivate my friends to attend the next camp. I accepted Christ in this camp and found the way to continue to live my life until He will come." "On our second day we went shop to shop, presenting literature to shopkeepers. We met a computer shop owner, who welcomed us and showed interest in our books, asking for a complete set of Christian literature!" Please pray that the men who attended the summer camp will grow in faith. Pray also that God will continue to strengthen the churches that worked alongside the trainees and add to their numbers. |
