A group of OMers left the office in Pretoria to visit Team Ghana in Bosmont. Their hope was to take some pictures while the outreach participants were busy visiting people at their homes in a nearby community. The day, however, developed in a way that amazed and surprised them. On their way back to Pretoria they couldn't help themselves but to praise God.The light for the photography was crisp and warm and the kids on the street were happy to be a part of the session. Team Ghana split into smaller groups and apparently they had a wonderful time of meeting God and people in this neglected, industrial area. Suddenly an elderly man walked out of one of the apartments on the first floor and started waving at them. “Come to my house!” he shouted.

Suzanne (Germany) joined the Ultimate Goal Challenge to experience ministry in South Africa, where her son Phillip has been serving for almost a year. During the outreach, Suzanne and her team had the chance to present a children's program in an Afrikaans-speaking community. Although the outreach brought challenges and surprises, she is convinced that God planned every detail. Suzanne is truly passionate about the next generation. “Children are South Africa's future,” she shared.
“Free hugs! Free hugs!“ This was the creative way that one of the teams chose to share God's love with the people of Cape Town. One Saturday Regina (from Germany) and her team advertised..."Free hugs! Who wants to have a free hug? This way to a freeee hugggggg! No matter which country... Argentina, Germany, South Africa, Ghana... Everybody can get a free hug! Just one second of your life for a free hug! And it’s worth it!" And so the day began...with expectations that God would use this team of 8 young people from 5 nations to be a blessing to the locals.
